Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A

The Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A is instrumental in leading and driving the planning and forecasting process, and providing insightful analyses and information to enhance overall company decision making and profitability.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process for the Company
  • Manage the month-end process to analyze actual results that include financial statement line items and expense detail versus budgets, plans and forecasts, explain variances for the understanding of all business partners
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for internal management review
  • Lead and drive monthly financial review meetings with business partners, including executive management
  • Prepare financial models for P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecasting
  • Prepare financial statement analysis and metrics and comparatives with industry peers
  • Prepare MD&A disclosure for SEC reporting for quarterly and annual reports
  • Prepare financial statement flux analysis and provide detailed explanations for external auditors
  • Assist with special projects as requested

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in a high tech public company required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business related
  • Excellent analytical, organization and communication (both written and verbal) skills with the ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage deadlines accordingly
  • Demonstrated detail-oriented work ethic
  • High degree of sensitivity and discretion in working with confidential information, required
  • Strong computer skills, with intermediate to advanced level Excel skills
  • SQL and SAP experience ideal
