Senior Financial Analyst


In this position, the Senior Financial Analyst will perform complex and in-depth analyses, financial activity, and accounting transactions at a global corporate level.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Public Accounting with 1-3 busy seasons in Audit/Assurance and 3-4 years of corporate experience with a Fortune 300 company
  • CPA or MBA preferred
  • Must be proficient Microsoft Excel with strong Financial Modeling, Hyperion, SAP and/or Cognos
  • Must be able to work within an environment which presents a lot of ambiguity
  • Must have a natural curiosity
  • Must be able to present and communicate at a high level with Director level and above
  • Must be someone who is self-motivated and takes initiative

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Effectively perform any financial function and activity including planning process, projections, monthly reporting, long range planning and forecasting
  • Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting requirements
  • Cross function with teams for month, quarter and year-end financial statement analysis and preparation
  • Works with senior management in developing the company's annual financial planning processes, P&L, monthly reporting package, and assist with the monthly accounting forum presentation
  • Assists with identifying potential issues and address them with managers for appropriate resolution.
  • Other duties and ad hoc analysis as required
