Our rapidly-growing client in Bucks County area is looking to add a Senior Accountant to their team. This exciting and highly visible role offers exposure to the C-suite, as well as multiple avenues for advancement as the company continues to expand. Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing quarterly SEC reports (10K/10Q)
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements
- Performing quarterly and annual consolidations
- Assisting with tax compliance and technical accounting research
- Providing internal and external auditors with supporting documentation
- Working on special projects as needed
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's degree a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in a national public accounting firm
- CPA or progress towards a license strongly preferred
- Extensive knowledge of US GAAP
- Strong Excel skills
