SCCM Engineer

This local reputable consulting firm is looking for a "go to" dedicated Tier 3 Desktop Engineer to handle all Desktop Engineering issues and own the SCCM environment before passed to the server team. Client looking to convert the right person as a full time employee for the foreseeable future.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Server team acting as SME for all desktop related issues
  • Responsible for leading the design, configuration, and tier-3 support of hardware and software technologies across global offices
  • Own all enterprise deployment tools for required software updates, pushes and patches


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years' experience with imaging and migrating Windows operating systems.
  • Windows version 7 + they are on 10
  • Experience troubleshooting MAC Machines
  • Active Directory- know how to connect machine to a domain
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Need people who are comfortable finding things within Apple
  • To be able to get in front of a CEO who can navigate within MAC
  • SCCM from an administration perspective
  • Exchange software troubleshooting
  • PowerShell and SQL scripting knowledge (doesn't have to do this by scratch but the more scripting the better)
  • Must pass 10 year criminal check including federal, state, and county checks
  • Experience with a Mobile Device Management tool like JAMF
  • Experience with WSUS
  • Office 365
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
  • Experience with configuring and managing MDM solutions
