- Sales support for assigned customers & OWI Sales Manager(s)
- Controls organization of requests for pricing from customers and manufacturers reps
- Creates and maintains price sheet quote for new customers.
- Creates and maintains new account customer master set up.
- Communicates details of new product sales opportunity to Sales Ops. Manager.
- Directs Customer Service activity regarding pricing if the purchase order does not match customer's pricing.
- Creates and manages sales reports as requested.
- Analyzes and recommends solutions to customer's request to return merchandise.
- Responsible for ensuring that all commitments either verbal or written are documented in the customer's sales file (Salesforce).
