Job Description

  • Answer and transfer multiple phone lines
  • Assist customers with orders
  • Assist managers with scheduling and updating spreadsheets
  • Ensure accurate inventory
  • Responsible for stocking and restocking refreshments and vending machines
  • Generate invoices as needed
  • Sort and distribute incoming post and mailing outgoing post (including packages)
  • Other duties as assigned
