Job Summary:

Provides support in sales administration, generates sales-related reports, and acts as an extension of the sales team.


  • Enter orders quickly and accurately for local sales department.
  • Verify order accuracy once processed.
  • Act as an extension of the sales team by assisting with clients and candidates
  • Provide administrative and/or process support for contract administration, customer service, and order history.
  • Generate contract confirmations, reports related to sales activities, etc.
  • Respond to client requests
  • Type & proofread correspondence

  • Manages time; focuses on urgent and important tasks; meet deadlines
  • Adapts to shifts in priorities and urgencies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Assumes responsibility & accountability for assignments and tasks
  • Actively listens; clearly and effectively conveys information

  • Ability to effectively work remotely
