Our client in the Washington, D.C. area is a seeking an eager and ambitious Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a professional recruiting coordination background and a strong sense of commitment to our clients.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 1 year of recruiting coordination experience
- Experience sourcing resumes and scheduling interviews
- Onboarding experience - required
- Ability to work well in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR and Talent Acquisition team with recruitment methods and strategies
- Source and screen high-volume resumes
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate workflow in ATS
- Communicate process with candidates
- Support onboarding efforts

Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
- Passion about HR methods
- Ability to scan large volumes of resumes.
- Good understanding and experience with HR tools such as ATS and HRIS
- Must be eager to learn quickly
- Must have a friendly and easy-going attitude
