Job Description :

- Recruit, screen, interview and on-board top candidates
- Create and update policies and procedures related to recruiting and on-boarding
- Remain current on EEOC laws
- Develop on-boarding and training programs
- Research, schedule and attend career fairs

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiator
- Problem solver
- Ability to multi-task
- Flexible and highly motivated
- Strong knowledge of Excel (creating spreadsheets), Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
