Contract Recruiter
Our growing Technology client is currently seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their team. The culture has a great start up environment feel, but they have been around and stable for over 5 years!
Location: Remote
Compensation: $24-$27.00/Hour (Based on Experience)
Job Description:
- Ensure Clients hires the best talent in the industry, quickly and efficiently
- Source Candidates via:
- LinkedIn Outreach
- Networking Events
- Job Postings (Indeed, GitHub, StackOverflow, etc.)
- Personal Network
- Screen candidates and lead them through interview process
- Coordinating with Clients leadership on event attendance and employer branding
- Work in our ATS (Greenhouse) to improve visibility and automation in recruiting process
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to ensure recruiting needs are met

Required Experience:
- 1-2 year of full cycle recruiting
- Prefers the tech/logistic companies
- Bachelors
