Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering phones, greeting guests, coordinating and scheduling conference rooms
- Prepares reports and correspondence using Microsoft Word
- Arranges conference calls
- Handles requests for appointments
- Distributes daily internal/external mail; sends and distributes faxes
- Proactively establishes and maintains organized filing system
- Coordinates calendars and schedules appointments, insuring all parties are informed
- Meets & greets visitors
- Orders & maintains supplies, coordinates regular maintenance
Requirements:
- Possess strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- 2+ years office experience
- A professional phone presentation
