Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for answering phones, greeting guests, coordinating and scheduling conference rooms
  • Prepares reports and correspondence using Microsoft Word
  • Arranges conference calls
  • Handles requests for appointments
  • Distributes daily internal/external mail; sends and distributes faxes
  • Proactively establishes and maintains organized filing system
  • Coordinates calendars and schedules appointments, insuring all parties are informed
  • Meets & greets visitors
  • Orders & maintains supplies, coordinates regular maintenance

  • Possess strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • 2+ years office experience
  • A professional phone presentation
