Our client located right in the loop is looking for a bright, energetic Receptionist to be the face of the office. The role is open due to a promotion and wanting to get someone in as soon as possible. The salary can go up to $45,000.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering phones, greeting guests, coordinating and scheduling conference rooms
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Prepare reports and correspondence using Microsoft Office. Tests will be administered as part of interview process
- Ensure cleanliness of reception area
- Assist with mail and shipping; working with vendors as needed
