  • Manage Multi-phone line system by answering, screening, and directing incoming calls
  • First point of contact when greeting guests and incoming staff

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail including distribution

  • Associate's degree and 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Basic skills in Microsoft office suite
