Job Description:

The Project Coordinator/Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of daily project oriented tasks. We're seeking a smart, detail-oriented and organized professional to provide project support for a driven team of consultants.


  • Support Salesforce Consultants in a variety of projects from start to finish
  • Comb through contracts, ensuring all information is accurate and complete
  • Synthesize and analyze data information
  • Review and update documents
  • Writing, proofreading and creating content, proposals and one-pagers
  • Conduct data analysis and create reports
  • Process confidential and sensitive information
  • Prioritize a variety of projects and solve problems with a strong attention to detail

  • 1-3 years prior professional work experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, a huge plus!
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Enjoys creating and maintaining order
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal communication
  • High level of interpersonal skills and a high emotional IQ
