Title: Product Manager - Software Development Partner Support
Location: Denver, CO
Salary: $130-150K + Bonus

Our client is a a high-growth software development company based in Denver.

This role is responsible for enabling and supporting our Solution Development partners as they build their enterprise-grade SaaS solutions on our no-code development platform. This team is an integral part of building a healthy and vibrant solution developer ecosystem. This ecosystem is a big driver for future growth.

The goal of partner development support is threefold:

  • Ensure the best development experience for our partners. Help them learn and come up to speed on the platform, applications, development best practices, release readiness and finally product delivery

  • Provide guidance on design approach and implementation in support of their product vision. Brainstorm on ideas and approaches and help with data models and application designs.
  • Be a liaison working between the partner and development, support, and integration teams. Provide timely support and communication about feature and issue requests

  • Responsibilities
    • Educate and ensure partners follow best practices and standards. We are responsible to help them be effective and productive application developers
    • Support and influence partners during their design phase. This includes brainstorming and high-level design work, as well as, data modeling, security setup, application architecture, workflow, and integrations to other modules
    • Serve as point person to answer questions on the use of the platform to best accomplish their product vision
    • Coordinate cross functional demonstrations between the solution development partner, stakeholders, product owners and executives
    • Champion enhancement requests to the proper product owner
    • Perform audits of objects to ensure development is within scope of agreement
    • Communication and training opportunities when important new platform or application features are available to partner
    • Drive continuous improvements to the partner development process

    Qualifications
    • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
    • Knowledge of development concepts and methodologies
    • Knowledge of at least one business area (Financials, Procurement, Inventory, Sales or Manufacturing)
    • Understanding of software design and programming principles
    • Strong time-management skills
    • Leadership and influencing skills with the ability to develop relationship with outside parties
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Willingness to continuously learn and improve
    • Team player - works closely with the team and respects team members
    • Basic understanding of data modeling concepts preferred
    • Knowledge of client best practice, standards and processes desired

    Education and Work Experience Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics
    • Two years+ development or 5+ years of general development
    • Two years+ applicable enterprise software design and coding experience
    • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies preferred
    • Understanding of the software development lifecycle
