  • Reconcile payroll
  • Multi-state payroll
  • Process garnishments within compliance
  • Time and attendance audits
  • Monthly and year-end tax forms
  • Hourly and salaried employee payroll
  • Process benefit invoices for payment
  • Reconcile and post payroll entries into ERP
  • Process employee reimbursements for payment


Qualifications of Payroll Specialist Job in OKC:
  • Extensive, 5+ years, of full cycle payroll processing
  • Experience with payroll taxes
  • Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel)
  • Kronos experience
  • Payroll certifications preferred
  • Knowledge of payroll and tax laws
