Payroll Manager

Our client, a premier U.S. based company located in Phoenix has an immediate opening for a Manager of North American Payroll.

Responsibilities:

  • The Manager of North American Payroll will manage all payroll functions, including the supervision of employees (in multiple locations), contractors and outsource vendors
  • Direct the preparation and filing of required reports
  • Manage the quarterly and annual payroll tax reporting
  • Create analysis reports, including labor accruals and month end reports
  • The Manager of North American Payroll will standardize, streamline and integrate payroll processes
  • Produce payroll metrics and identify improvement and training opportunities
  • Manage the creation and export of payroll general ledger and labor distribution transactions from SAP
  • Manage reconciliation of payroll accounts

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10+ years of payroll & tax experience
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Skills:
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
  • SAP
