Payroll Manager
Our client, a premier U.S. based company located in Phoenix has an immediate opening for a Manager of North American Payroll.
Responsibilities:
- The Manager of North American Payroll will manage all payroll functions, including the supervision of employees (in multiple locations), contractors and outsource vendors
- Direct the preparation and filing of required reports
- Manage the quarterly and annual payroll tax reporting
- Create analysis reports, including labor accruals and month end reports
- The Manager of North American Payroll will standardize, streamline and integrate payroll processes
- Produce payroll metrics and identify improvement and training opportunities
- Manage the creation and export of payroll general ledger and labor distribution transactions from SAP
- Manage reconciliation of payroll accounts

Requirements:
- Minimum of 10+ years of payroll & tax experience
- Intermediate Excel
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Skills:
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
- SAP
