Location: Metuchen, NJ
Pay: $18.00/Hr
Hours: Monday - Friday, Flexible Hours!
8:30am-5:00pm OR 9:00am-5:30pm - 1 hour lunch. 8.5 hour day.
Requirements
- 1 + years of experience within high volume Data Entry work
Responsibilities:
• Manage high volume entry of customer orders - minimal phone work
• Manage customer email responses
• Assist with all customer inquiries via telephone and email
• Enter customer orders
• Track, trace and follow up on order status for customers
• Manage customer returns
• Submit incomplete orders
• Creates work orders
• Identifies, documents, and communicates quality related improvements.
• Selects and contacts vendor for RMA's, creates Repair orders (RO), and determines repair charges on vendor repairs. Calls customers for approval of charges.
• Monitors and maintains the turnaround time for the following: vendor repairs, vendor invoices, metrology expedites.
