Provide support to Accounting related to employee timesheets and billing rates.
Develop and provide support for Requests for Proposals, Contracts, etc.
Assist Personnel Administrator to update contractor consortium data including ISNetWorld, PEC, PICS, Browz and SWLA. Work with customers to secure insurance requirement waivers when insurance requirements extend beyond the scope of Company's activities.
Estimate projects based on provided data, P&ID's, Scope of Work, or job walks.
Provide support on sales calls as required. Call clients when inspection intervals are due to try to secure that work.
Maintain inspection equipment inventory, repair schedules and order new equipment when required. Provide field with inspection consumables.
Provide technical assistance to existing and potential clients.
Perform limited field work activities when needed.
Maintain project tracker and other metrics.\
EDUCATION: High School Degree, higher technical education preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS: Experience with API 510 (pressure vessels), 570 (piping), 653 (above ground storage tanks), 936 (refractory), 1169 (new pipeline construction), CWI, NACE and ASNT NDT inspection programs. Certification in API 510 with 5 years of pressure vessel inspection experience is required. Other API certifications are a plus.
