  • Provide support in job setup and job closeout upon completion of project
  • Process new hire and safety paperwork while coordinating with Safety and HR departments
  • Process time entry for labor and equipment
  • Balance labor daily to customer cost tracking system
  • Create receivers for vendor invoices
  • Prepare invoicing in accordance with customer contract
  • Assist project manager with client reporting
  • Other assigned duties by Field Accounting Manager

  • Must be able to travel for extended durations
  • High School Diploma
  • 2-4 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience related to accounting functions, i.e., AP, AR, payroll, time entry, equipment, and billing
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel is a must)
  • Self motivated with the ability to multitask in a fast pace environment
  • Detail oriented with the ability to meet stringent deadlines
  • Ability to work through issues that arise and ask questions when needed
  • Must have good communication skills
