A HireStrategy Client is looking for an experienced Office Administrator/Front Desk professional to support a fast paced technology company in Chantilly Virginia. If you have 5-7 years of administrative support experience please apply!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide a genuine and friendly greeting to all visitors at the front desk. Both in person and over the phone.
- Maintain the office facilities, including the kitchen and conference rooms
- Maintain the office calendar and schedule meetings and book conferences rooms.
- Serve as point of contact for office maintenance, supplies, printing and billing
- Manage the office inventory and reorder supplies as needed
- Track expense reports for travel and credit cards as well as for vendors
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience supporting preferably in and IT company
- Ability to work in a fast paced start up
- Excellent time management and the ability to juggle a variety of tasks
- Attention to detail and superior problem solving
- Outgoing personality and ability to handle direct feedback
