Job Description

Experience:

  • 3-5 years supporting data networks or Microsoft environments
  • Cisco CCNA preferred
  • Microsoft MCP preferred (administrator, data engineer, solutions architect, security engineer)
  • Understand Microsoft Active Directory
    • Account creation
    • Group management
    • Rights assignments
    • Group Policy Objects (creation, maintenance, troubleshooting)
  • Endpoint management
    • Desktop security (anti-virus, anti-malware)
  • Remote access

Company is looking for experienced service desk employees that will be responsible for:
  • Responding to alerts (email or phone confirmation)
  • Event triage - investigate alert and resolve is possible
  • Escalate to team if unable to resolve
  • Ticket management - ability to maintain ticket status, provide updates to clients, and close tickets with in SLAs
  • On-call - team members participate in an on-call rotation where they will be responsible to responding to customer's after hours. It is anticipated that this would occur one week per month
