Member Services Representative - Main Office (ongoing openings)

Customer Service Rep
Hours: 9-5pm (Must be Flexible nights and weekends)
Up to $16/hour


  • Greet and assist members and prospective new members and process all necessary paperwork
  • Answer phone calls and assist members with their requests
  • Process member transfers, terminations and other changes relative to their membership
  • Post payments
  • Answer phones and assist members
  • Troubleshoot member issues
  • Act as Back-Up call center when needed
  • Support Branch Office staff and Store
  • Designated Weekly Greeter on rotation (approximately once every 8 weeks)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Data Entry
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
  • Able to handle difficult situations with patience and respect
  • Team player - works and communicates well with others
  • Excellent verbal skills
  • Good listener
  • Great at multi-tasking, problem solving and analyzing information
