Position: Medical Case Scheduling Coordinator

Virtual Interviews
Responsible for reaching out to Veterans to schedule medical visits and prepping cases.
Generate reports and provides information on why veterans do not show up for their visits.
Looking for someone with great customer service,
Knowledge of medical terminology would be a plus.
Someone who speaks well and is clear over the phone would be a great fit for this role.
Will be handling incoming and outgoing calls.
Strong computer skills and experience with scheduling.
