Loan Compliance Officer


  • Asses loan compliance performance for branches and other bank business lines through data analysis and review
  • Answer employee questions regarding loan compliance procedures and regulations
  • Assist with loan compliance training activities
  • Assist in updating loan compliance procedures manual
  • Analyze newly effective or revised state and federal regulations
  • Assist with other job related duties and special projects as assigned

  • Strong familiarity with loan documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software applications
  • Analytical skills necessary to gather, review, and assess data, develop and support conclusions, and make practical recommendations
  • Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor
  • Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks
  • Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to self-direct
  • Occasional travel required
  • Demonstrated good attendance and punctuality

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Working knowledge of lending laws and regulations and bank lending operations is preferred
