Our client in Montgomery County, Maryland is seeking an IT Recruiter with financial industry experience to join the team to support full life cycle recruitment in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full life cycle recruitment, from sourcing to placement for high level IT professionals in a financial services environment.
  • Grow talent communities and develop effective communication strategies to keep all candidates engaged.
  • Proactively source, screen and facilitate the hiring of highly qualified professional candidates.
  • Quickly learn and master the applicant tracking system to track candidate activities, develop system-based email campaigns, and manage the online talent portals and talent communities.
  • Track and manage all candidate and position information and activities.
  • Track and report key talent acquisition metrics, to measure and predict recruitment effectiveness.


Qualifications:
  • Must have heavy IT Recruiting experience within a financial services environment.
  • Must be familiar with financial modeling and mortgage industry jargon.
  • Must be experienced recruiting for high level IT professionals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Staffing agency experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Must be able to utilize and have experience utilizing job boards, applicant tracking systems, and LinkedIn searches.
  • High attention to detail and thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
