Insurance Follow Up Rep
1. Highly organized, motivated and responsible self-starter with excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Experience with hospital billing and claim resolution, preferably in a hospital or physician practice setting
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
5. EPIC experience highly preferred.
6. Commercial experience and Mass Health experience preferred.
7. Previous Revenue Cycle experience/knowledge including: Patient Financial Services, Customer Service, Financial Assistance, Patient Access, Health Information Management, Coding and/or Third Party Reimbursement highly preferred.
