Job Duties:

  • Develop company recruitment strategies
  • Head all recruiting, on-boarding, and new hire processes
  • Handle all employee benefit programs
  • Manage employee relations and performance issues
  • Assist in safety programs and handle all worker's comp claims
  • Compensation and benefits administration

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of HR experience
  • Degree in business or related field
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
  • Experience in developing recruitment strategies
