A growing company in OKC is looking for an experienced HR professional to join their team!
Job Duties:
- Develop company recruitment strategies
- Head all recruiting, on-boarding, and new hire processes
- Handle all employee benefit programs
- Manage employee relations and performance issues
- Assist in safety programs and handle all worker's comp claims
- Compensation and benefits administration
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of HR experience
- Degree in business or related field
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
- Experience in developing recruitment strategies
