Human Resources Coordinator - HR

Location - Palatine, IL

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintaining company HRIS system
  • Communicating with employees of all levels as well as senior level management/ownership
  • Responsible for assisting with/managing payroll, time-off requests, and employee reviews
  • Compliant filing of employee files (applications, Form I9's, etc.)
  • Assisting in recruiting efforts
  • Completing new hire onboarding


  • Exposure to all facets of HR either in a generalist capacity or reporting directly to an HR Generalist and/or HR Manager
  • Possess a minimum of two years' office environment experience
  • Experience working with an HRIS on a daily basis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proven strength in Excel is a plus
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay for this opportunity is commensurate with experience.
