Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides a wide variety of both administrative and professional services to operations
  • Managing employee leaves of absences, handling complex employee relations issues, helping with onboarding employees and other duties assigned
  • The HR Assistant must be a people person, able to relate to all members of the organization
  • The representative must be responsive and sensitive to corporate and unit needs, employee relations and the business goals

  • 1-3 years' experience in a human resources department
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to thrive in fast paced environment, while also working independently and on a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office systems
  • Knowledge of employment laws and other government compliance regulations
  • Able to project a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
