Human Resources Corporate Trainer

Our client, a property management firm, is seeking someone for a dual role of HR and Learning and Development. They are open to someone with strictly an HR background who is willing to learn! Real estate experience is a MUST. The target pay range is $22/hr to $28/hr based on experience.

Job Details:

Learning & Development Functions:

  • Schedule appropriate training sessions
  • Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures
  • Plan and implement an effective training curriculum


HR Functions:
  • Support the recruiting process by managing the pre-employment screenings for all candidates, including Fit for Duty process for specific roles within the company
  • Assist in processing paperwork for all HR-related issues
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records and data and assist in reporting activities
  • Compose and distribute routine, written correspondence from human resources and management
  • Administer the onboarding process of new employees; implement process improvements as needed
  • Train Yardi to all team members


Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Experience working in real estate industry
  • Experience working with Yardi software (HIGHLY preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree
