CVPartners is working with a client whose a biotech company in the Bay Area that is seeking a Helpdesk Support Technician to provide day-to-day support and technical assistance to employees for network, infrastructure and internal desktop hardware and software. This person should feel confident handling level I tickets for both Mac and Windows devices since the company is currently a 50/50 environment. Below are additional requirements that the ideal candidate should possess:

  • InTune MDM
  • Active Directory
  • O365
  • Okta or another SSO solution
  • Azure (nice-to-have)
  • Strong communication and customer service

This person must be willing to go onsite to their South SF office 5 days per week. This is a Contract-to-Hire role looking to start immediately! Exciting opportunity to join a company in hyper-growth mode!
