Helpdesk Support Administrator

A wealth management organization is seeking a Helpdesk Administrator who will support a couple hundred users across multiple time zones. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate, or soon-to-be graduate who is hungry and willing to learn. Experience with Google Suite, A/V equipment, VOIP, and ability to handle 1st level support of ERP systems is what this person should expect to learn. Prior exposure to cloud apps and a mix of Mac and PC support would be nice. Hours for this role is 6am - 3pm on the Peninsula. This is a FTE role looking to start immediately.
