A wealth management organization is seeking a Helpdesk Administrator who will support a couple hundred users across multiple time zones. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Google Suite, A/V equipment, VOIP, and ability to handle 1st level support of ERP systems. Prior experience working for a company that is cloud app heavy with a mix of Mac and PC users is required. Hours for this role is 6am - 3pm on the Peninsula. This is a contract-to-hire looking to start immediately.
