Job Title: Help Desk
Description: Seeking a 2-3 year resource with experience providing Help Desk support via remote access - high volume. Must be comfortable working in an intense environment handling up to 3 sessions at a time in Bombgar remote access tool while taking a phone call - multitasking.
Must be a self starter - problem solver. Tickets are mainly around password resets in AD, New user setup on a printer, setup email on mobile phone, resolve user issues with Citrix Xendesktop.
