Healthcare/ Scientific Recruiter

Duties:
( IND 001-002 )

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • On-board new employees to become fully integrated
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience recruiting within the Healthcare or Life Sciences industry
  • Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and calling passive candidates
  • Prior HR experience, preferably in a direct recruiter or Recruitment Coordinator role internally within or in an external recruitment capacity
  • BS degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline
  • Experience working with and implementing an ATS
  • Strong experience working directly with managers and decision makers
  • Experience recruiting for a professional services firm
