CO Salary Range: USD 60,000.00 - 70,000.00 per year
Fund Associate in Denver, CO $60-70K
Our client is looking for a Fund Associate to be a part of a fund administrator providing services to investment managers. This role joins a high paced, growing team in the Denver market that provides a lot of exposure to private equity and venture capital.
Responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to:
- Treasury Management (Setting up wires for investments, distributions, invoice payments/ Monitoring Cash flows
- Respond to technical LP questions
- Preparation of 1099s, journal entries and financial statements
- Assist with the Quarterly Reporting to the Limited Partners
- Help facilitate audit and tax processes
Requirements for this position:
- Bachelors Degree
- Investment accounting knowledge
- Familiarity with QuickBooks
