M ain Responsibilities:
  • Be an integral member of the FP&A team
  • Provide financial consulting, insight, and strategic support directly to the CFO
  • Be deeply involved in managing financial forecasting cadence and annual budgeting process
  • Partner with executive leadership to guide and strengthen financial acumen across the Company
  • Own business partnerships with key members of Senior Leadership Teams
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor, guiding and counseling management on financial impacts, cost drivers, and capacity plans
  • Develop monthly financial reporting, presentations, and dashboards to drive decision-making
  • Analyze, decipher, and communicate key performance indicators, financial trends and variances
  • Construct financial and operating models to guide strategic initiatives and understand ROI

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA a plus
  • 3+ years of progressively responsible professional FP&A experience in a technology business.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS industry, KPIs, and operating model
  • Experience and passion for fast paced, high growth companies that use data to drive decision making
  • Experience collaborating with remote teams and working with other corporate groups within a global corporation
  • Ability to build partnerships with all levels of management, cross-functional business partners and C-level executives
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce a plus
