Finance and Accounting Recruiter

Our client in the Montgomery County area is looking for a Finance and Accounting Recruiter to join their growing team!

( IND 001-002 )

Duties:

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Onboard new employees to become fully integrated
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within finance and accounting
  • Proven work experience as a recruiter within corporate, high-volume or agency recruiting
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience working with an ATS
  • Strong experience working directly with managers and decision makers
  • Experience recruiting for a professional services firm
