Title: Executive Assistant for Communications & Public Affairs Team
Salary: Commensurate upon experience with potential OT and end of year bonus

Summary of Responsibilities:
  • Project-based work including logistics of virtual and in-person events as well as work for website upkeep, media plans and lists, and other branding projects.
  • Manage heavy travel arrangements including itineraries, expense reports and reimbursements on a timely basis
  • Manage daily calendars the team, including scheduling meetings, greeting clients, coordination of video conferences
  • Presentation support including creation and editing of PowerPoint documents
  • Maintaining contact management database with regular updates
  • Obtain signatures, scan and send documents
  • Liaise and collaborate with Admin team and other teams globally. Back-up support to Executive Assistants and Admin team members, including participation with meetings and other company events
  • Other projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an executive support role within the financial or business consultant industry
  • Some experience with event registration tools and virtual event platforms, Cvent is desirable but not required, familiarity with Salesforce, WordPress, PowerPoint design skills
  • College degree is preferred but not required
  • Experience with complex travel arrangements, calendar management and expense reports required
  • Familiarity and comfort with multiple technologies including MS Office Suite and videoconferencing technology
  • The successful applicant for this position must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
