Executive Assistant

Job Duties:

  • Manages CEO travel and scheduling
  • Assist in preparing company emails and memos
  • Works with Board and executives for company events
  • Maintains executive's calendar and contacts
  • Maintains President and CEO's files
  • Coordinates maintenance of the master calendars
  • Maintains list of staff and employee information
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Experience supporting C-Level executives
  • Minimum 3-5 years Executive support experience
  • Possesses a high level of professionalism
