Entry Level Finance/Accounting

Interim to perm

Compensation: $45,000-$55,000

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Prepare and process vendor payments on a daily basis
  • Prepare A/P aging report with commentary monthly
  • Creating reports such as Budget to Actual, forecasting, and trend analysis
  • Prepare assigned balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis
  • Assist in month and year end close as needed
  • Enter All A/P and A/R entries in ERP system
  • Complete daily bank reconciliations and make any necessary entries

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
  • 0 to 3 years of accounting experience

Key Knowledge and Skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong business sense and maturity
  • Understanding of accounting principles
  • Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
