Job Description :

- Make sure all documentation is in place for borrowers

- Secure liens on collateral

- Ensure that loans comply with policies and regulations

- Make staff aware of documentation issues

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year of loan processing experience preferred, or 4 or more years of loan processing experience may be considered

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to make sound decisions and work under general supervision

- Knowledge of commercial and consumer lending policies

- Knowledge of credit agreement covenants, loan documentation in multiple states, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other federal and state regulations

- Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency
