  • Responsible for managing and implementing successful paid search, display, Gmail, YouTube, and social media campaigns
  • Develop full media proposals and plans based on audience, budget, goals, timelines, objectives
  • Recommend and prescribe specific targeting and segmentation per tactic
  • Responsible for budget allocation and management
  • Collaborate with external media vendors as needed
  • Ensure evaluation strategy and conversion tracking is in place to monitor performance
  • Perform ongoing optimizations and identify opportunities to improve performance
  • Produce and execute recommendations during running campaigns and for future campaigns
  • Analyze and evaluate campaigns based on metrics and website performance
  • Write campaign performance reports using data to develop actionable insights
  • Provide an advanced level of subject matter expertise on digital marketing topics, both internally and externally
  • Regularly contribute to digital media best practices and internal guidebooks


  • Expert in Google Analytics and Google AdWords
  • Strong background in digital marketing, analytics or research
  • 2-4 years of experience in Paid Search, Display, YouTube, Gmail, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn advertising
  • 1-3 years of experience using Google Analytics
  • 1-3 years of experience using Google Tag Manager preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEM including conversion tracking, remarketing, bidding strategies, advanced optimizations and targeting capabilities
  • Full technical understanding of SEO, including best practices on an intermediate level or above
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
