DH - ERP Business Analyst (HR Modul

[CERTIFICATION/EDUCATION:] Bachelor's degree [EXACT EXPERIENCE:] Must be able to support Oracle's HRMS, OTL (time and labor) and iRecruitment.
Need to be able to implement and support additional Self Service applications.
Must support interfaces to Ceridian Payroll. (eventually Oracle's payroll will be implemented, 2009 initiative)
? Prefer Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering, Business or Management Information Systems. ? 5-10 years experience implementing or supporting the Oracle E-Business Suite application. ? Competency in Oracle Discoverer or similar business intelligence tools. ? Prefer candidates with experience in the upstream Oil & Gas industry. ? Highly motivated, self-starting individual. Able to multi-task and manage to timelines. ? Proven oral, written and communication/presentation skills to a broad range of employees. ? Candidate will need strong process and procedure mindset. ? Strong interpersonal skills that establish and sustain close working relationships with functional teams and subject matter experts as well as IT technical, development and support personnel. ? Experience developing and documenting business requirements. [JOB SIZZLE:] [MIN YRS EXPERIENCE:] [RESPONSIBILITIES:] The ERP Business Analyst - E-Business Suite will be the primary application support analyst of the Oracle E-Business Suite system currently being implemented at Noble Energy.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: ? Provide functional knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite to subject matter experts in the business teams for the HR module. ? Resolve, reassign to remote functional support team, or escalate to Level 3 teams Level 2 support requests related to Oracle E-Business Suite functionality. ? Develop functional design specifications for enhanced system functionality, provide functional support to the development team, and facilitate user acceptance testing with business teams once completed. ? Create, or support subject matter experts in the creation of, ad hoc queries of system data. ? Manage small projects related to the improvement of Oracle E-Business Suite system footprint. ? Facilitate regression testing activities with the business teams in support of system functionality releases, patches and upgrades. [TRAVEL:] 10%
