Job Responsibilities:
- Strong Experience with AS400 Software
- Sending order confirmations to customers
- Checking the status on back orders for customers and our sales staff
- Following up on unconfirmed sales orders with vendors and manufacturers
- Resolving customer requests regarding sales orders
- Ability to define a problem, collect data, identify, and apply solutions
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Job Qualifications:
