Compensation: $18/HR

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strong Experience with AS400 Software
  • Sending order confirmations to customers
  • Checking the status on back orders for customers and our sales staff
  • Following up on unconfirmed sales orders with vendors and manufacturers
  • Resolving customer requests regarding sales orders
  • Ability to define a problem, collect data, identify, and apply solutions
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Job Qualifications:
  • Must have proven experience thriving in a team-oriented environment
  • Must have experience with AS400 Software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
