Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Customer Support or as a Membership Representative
- Experience with: PDF & Salesforce
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a resource for customers who call in to explain webinar / seminar content, what is covered in each seminar, and providing membership information.
- Sign customers up and process memberships
- Respond to customers via email, live chats and over the phone
- Assist members/customers that are needing assistance with logging into their seminars and portals
