Customer Service Representative

A HireStrategy/Addison Group client is looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support their Call Center and Certification Departments.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Processing of inbound Contact Center interactions (phone, email, online requests)
  • Understanding and supporting the department policies and procedures
  • Preforming extensive data entry for membership applications
  • Authorizing and processing payments
  • Understanding and communicating basic customer inquiries
  • Reviewing and auditing certification applications
  • Conducting compliance reviews


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of Customer Service Experience in an office or call center environment
  • Familiarity in working with CRM tools (Salesforce, Cobalt, NetSuite)
  • Experience in taking a large influx of inbound calls
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience conducting compliance audits
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, as needed
