Customer Service Representative

Job Type: 9:30am to 6:00 pm; Monday to Friday

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a call center environment
  • Excellent tenure, at least 2 years in each previously held position
  • Minimum of 40 wpm typing speed and excellent Office Grammar and Spelling

  • Work with clients to resolve inquiries and listen to concerns
  • Maintain a high level of world class customer service/professionalism
  • Explain and inform new and existing customers regarding all services available
  • Maintain records, prepare specific reports, and update accounts as needed
  • Assist in updating account information, correct billing issues, and assist in resolving technical issues through research and various tools provided
