Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Serve as primary contact for quotations and orders
  • Enter purchase order into the system
  • Review quotes are current and orders ship as expected
  • Track and Trace orders
  • AS400, SAP or any ERP system experience


Required Experience:
  • Previous experience in corporate customer service (B2B experience preferred)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
